When we knew we were embarking on Flatiron bites & brews, access to New Mexico’s best beer options was a given. But the focus on food needed to come from a strong passion for creating simple, great food, based on great ingredients. To accomplish this, we needed a dedicated, knowledgeable culinary team.

Sam Kraemer, Neil Heitman, and Jeromey Manzer exemplify a true love of creating a delicious and appealing menu, and executing with care. Every order is prepared with the intention of fulfilling our promise of a great food experience to compliment amazing New Mexico brews and spirits. We are grateful for the trust our community has offered, and will continue to elevate our menu with the collaboration and love of food surrounding this talented team.
